You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure. You will then receive an email notification of your successful payment to the email address you provided us with during the ordering process. We will proceed with processing your order immediately.
By placing on order on edytasylvia.com you agree with the terms and conditions of the Website.
The order confirmation does not yet constitute a contract of sale. The order confirmation is only intended to inform you of the fact that we received your order. A binding contract of sale comes into place after payment is received and edytasylvia.com confirms shipment of the product.
If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers can pay via Paypal, credit cards and iDEAL. All prices are in EUR and include any applicable value added tax. After you have made your choice to pay, follow the steps on the screen. Want to get your order delivered prefer a different address, you must also perform at the delivery address.
ORDERS PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days after the successful payment. Working days do not include weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands.
Orders are sent via Post.nl for domestic orders and DHL or Post.nl for international shipping. All originals artworks and limited artworks are shipped with tracking number. You will receive the information about tracking once the product is dispatched.

Occasions such as Christmas and summer holiday season may add some extra delays.
Because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations we do not ship to Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship to all other countries worldwide. Shipping costs for other locations are detailed below.

ESylvia Illustrations is not responsible for any added custom duties. Please check from your local office for possible import taxes, which may be applicable.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within two weeks of purchase. We will accept a return for money back in the form it was paid as long as the item is in its original condition. You will be credited the order amount, excluding delivery costs within 14 days of the return of the product. To exercise this right, please contact us with the order number on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to edytasylvia.com. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned items are at the Customer’s expense.
The proof of purchase (the order confirmation upon payment) is the certificate of guarantee. The paintings are covered by warranty for a period of 2 years.
In case any of your items arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance. If the product is flawed, the Customer is entitled to have it replaced by Edytasylvia.com.
Please note, that original artworks made to be unique, cannot be exchanged. In such case the full refund for the artwork and shipping costs will be provided.
No warranty applies to damages arising from the incorrect use or application of the products supplied.
POLICY OF COMPLAINTS
If the Customer thinks that the product he received does not comply with the order, he has the right to file a complaint. Edytasylvia.com handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure:
- The complaints about the execution of the agreement should be submitted in writing by email or contact form, using the contact information set forth on the Website.
- Complaints must be fully and clearly described and submitted within a reasonable period of time after the defect was discovered.
- Complaints submitted to Edytasylvia.com will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Edytasylvia.com will respond within the period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
- Edytasylvia.com will carry the cost for the return freight for any approved complaints. If the complaint is not accepted, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
- The goods under complaint should be sent in packaging that must guarantee adequate protection during transport.
- Once a product is returned, for which a complaint has been filed, and the complaint approved, we will redund the Customer within 14 days of the return of the product, to the original Customer’s credit card or the payment method
These downloads are for personal use only. The designs are not to be resold or used for commercial purposes or advertising. Digital products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact email@example.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
